Rough and heavy material
Super cute, received several compliments, but the material is very rough. It rubs the sides of my underarms raw when I wear tank tops. The material is also very thick and heavy. This makes the backpack uncomfortable to wear because it's so heavy. But I understand that thinner, softer material would mean it won't hold its shape. Also, they use real leather for the accents. Vegan leather is much better for the environment and doesn't have that smell.
