I had bought this item online for store pickup , Macys store called me and said that the item was missing . They said I will get the refund , never got my refund. Called costumer service and they said they can’t do anything. I have been Macys’s platinum costumer for so long , I am not buying a single item from Macys again for they made me pay for something I never got. Shame on you Macys
