I bought this Sterling Silver 925 chain just 5 days ago and it already has a yellowish color/tone change. I would like to know if this is normal for this product or if warranty or replacement applies

Why in the world is this sent in just a little baggie? Would be much easier to wrap and more presentable in a box. The velvet baggie seems cheap.
