Disappointed customer
This was one of my most horrible shopping experiences!! I ordered this item to not receiving my item at all! Someone else’s watch showed up in my package instead of my Pendant. I then had to bring to the nearest Macy’s to try and rectify the issue only to never receiving my Pendant. I would definitely want you guys to make this right and resend my item/Pendant that I anticipated receiving. I’m very disappointed and at the point of closing this Macy’s account all together!!
