They are beautiful and elegant but not secure enough, easily fell off while you shower or comb your hair. I still bought a second pair after losing one of first pair.

Th earring are beautiful but they are not well designs they get loose pretty easy and fall out of the ear the backing has a big hole that didn’t sustain the steam that goes tru the ear I’m so upset

I purchase a lot of jewelry from Macy's. These earrings quickly lost their color and shine, then the hook broke. Very low quality. Macy's should not sell chap jewelry like this. Uncharacterstic of the usual good quality I'm used to finding at Macy's

I saw these at the store on sale and have been wanting real gold dangling earrings with a charm for sooo long! It does seem a bit intimidating because they are tiny as most people have stated! But i was so determined! Got home and at first was puzzled as to how can these be adult earrings? Well they are! The clasp opens up like a flower so the trick is to put the needle part as such once you do you kinda have to turn the earring sideways to the thinner part of your ear (skin) and then snap the back and front together. MAKE sure you hear the snap!!!!! And voila!!!!! They are secured and super cute for every day use and from time to time when I walk theres a slight dingling noise due to the heart charm but nothing out of the ordinary ! Received alot of compliments!

Do NOT buy this product. The earrings broke after only a few wears, which is unreasonable for the price that I paid for it. The clasp part fell apart and the screw part fell out, and I couldn’t successfully fix it. Truly disappointed.
