Wrong ring size

Ordered this ring without knowing what size it would be as there was no option to choose a size, it was delivered and appears to be a size 7. Which it fits but I wanted a ring for my right hand middle finger, could have used a size 8. Strange how the website didn’t offer sizes available and no one ever responded when reached out to customer service for my request to get sizing, as others have mentioned. Seems to be a pretty ring, debating to keep it or not, got the Black Friday sale price so I may.

The ring was beautiful...just what I wanted...BUT...ordered a 9 received what must have been a 7 as it could not go pass my knuckles...wanted to reorder no size information available even tried to reorder through customer service they couldn't find any size information...very disappointed.

Nice ring for informal events. I purchased this ring to wear when we travel out of the US and it's great for that purpose! Not flashy but subtle!
