DO NO BUY...I used it on 2 trips. It broke on the 2nd trip with the screws sticking out and small black plastic rests gone. I can't get to the screws to remove unless I cut the fabric. I'm very disappointed & regret this purchase.
I bought these just in June for a trip in August. after one use the luggage pad fell off. I called Brookstone when I got back and they said that they don’t handle their own warranties and that I had to call American Traveler. Horrible company! target piece I need replaced is not a big piece but still they want a check for shipping and handling sent to them and after they process it they will send the plastic piece to me….ridiculous. Don’t Buy it’s definitely not worth the money.
Used once and both pieces have parts coming off.
Received it couple of days ago so far so good made it through baggage claim in one piece. I'll give it five star for that alone ,overall it Handel's very well
The expandable zipper broke off on my first trip. Bag is big and spacious but was disappointed this happened. There’s no extra zíper and I’m outside of 30 days to return the bag.

Love the color, light weight
I purchased 2 of the 29" hard-side spinner luggage for international travel, and it has returned home after one month in excellent condition. Not a single dent, visible scratch, tear, or any other damage. The suitcase can hold a lot of weight. It has an expandable zipper, TSA built-in lock and it was easy to glide. From start to end, it went thru checked luggage 6 times and came out looking just as new. Highly recommend it!
