Poor quality
While a beautiful table runner, beads were falling off the minute I removed it from the package. At minimum, 100+beads scattered on the floor as well as some of the sequence. I called customer service to request an added discount, which they reluctantly gave 15%. Not nearly enough! It can be returned, however, currently cannot get to the store given the distance. It is unfortunate they could not provide more than 15% for a longtime customer.
