Lab Grown Blue and White Sapphire (2 3/4 ct. t.w.) Chick Bird Necklace in 18k Two-Tone Over Sterling Silver

My item was never delivered and when I contacted UPS with the tracking number provided by Macy's, UPS was unable to locate the package. Either Macy's failed to ship the item, provided me with the wrong tracking number, or UPS lost my package. This was to be a Christmas gift for my wife who raises chickens on our 1-acre lot. I reached out to Macy's customer service and requested they send the item to the nearest store for me to pick-up and was told they can't do that since the original order was being sent to my home. I don't believe that to be true. Why can't they ship to my nearest store what they lost last time they attempted home delivery to ensure I get my item? Seems like a customer resolution failure to me.

The sapphire chick pendant is more of a slide and gets 5+ stars as he’s absolutely adorable and everything I’d hoped for. The lower rating is because of the chain which gets maybe 2 stars. It’s thin and flimsy and bc the chick is bottom heavy, he flips around/ upside down and doesn’t lay flat. Absolutely worth the price on sale, not sure I’d pay full price though as you will need to find another chain to wear it with.
