I received my heart link bracelet. Immediately I notice it had been pulled out of the box. I went on to try it on and the clasp would not connect and secure. The clasp was broken! I have to wire tie it so not to lose it. But, yes! The clasp is broken. I'm disappointed in MACY'S! for sending me someone's used heart link bracelet. You get what you pay for!!!!
The clasp on the bracelet is impossible to open. I will be returning it. I should have listened to the reviews.

I love the bracelet. The clasp is a little hard to open. The associate at the jewelry counter had ridiculously long fake nails and couldn't really show me how the clasp worked.
