Newair Countertop Clear Ice Maker 40 lbs Daily Output with BPA-Free Easy-Clean Parts for Cocktails and More

I have had this ice machine for less than two years. I use it frequently and always use purified water in it. I clean it once a month, which is a real pain, but necessary. It just started leaking out of the bottom, and I've checked the plug, and it seems to be leaking out of the back bottom, which leads me to believe it is a water pump or crack, or a leak in the tubing. I am looking for a new self-cleaning maker that is not Newair.

The ice cubes are a bit small and they melt faster than I hoped. They also come out in big sheets that you have to break up if you want them to fit into your glass. The machine is quite big and takes up a lot of counter space compared to some bullet ice machines. I'd be OK with that if the ice were significantly better, but it isn't really. I want some ice that will stand up to a glass of whiskey.

Machine is full of water and Low Water light comes on and water will not circulate. I was willing to live with the face it makes big chucks of ice you need to break up to use, but now I get nothing. Got it for Christmas and didn't get to end of February.

I brought this ice maker about 2 months ago because I live in a apartment and they won't let me change the refrigerator this ice maker makes so much ice it is amazing my friends come over we party we drink we make daiquiris. I will never have to go to the corner store or gas station to buy ice again not turn the heat get down the ice keep put up

We love our ice machine and it works great, most of the time. We have had some issues with the water pump making noises and finally had to replace it after a year of pretty constant use.

Would not recommend . Broke within a week of using. It just pours water rather then making ice

This is the second unit I have purchased and both have failed a little over a year after purchase. Now the "Ice Full" light is on but there there is no ice in the hopper. Frustrating.

I'm lost for words! I have NEVER replaced an appliance 3 times for the same issues! Your ice maker is faulty and you're taking customers for granted by wasting our time with the replacement that continues to carry on with the same issues! Maybe taking this company to court will clear this matter up! I'm tired of begging for a product that should work for more than 3 - 6 months, with only 2 adults using it! I've also noticed my complaints from before were never posted and you have to agree to add the 1 star on your rating is also a joke!
