I have used Chanel products for many years and love them but this item needs improvement. The cream itself is wonderful! But, since this product is presumably designed with mature hands in mind, it needs to be less challenging to squeeze out the cream. It's just plain difficult!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the texture, it smells good. It comes out in very small thin stream when you press the plastic container. It does a good job, but I also layer it with Eucerin advanced on top, otherwise my hands are dry in the morning. So overall, I like it, but I don’t think I will buy it again.
