[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very sensitive skin around the eyes. And it is only cream that doesn't give me irritation. Plus, it is really smooth fine lines, soft and smells fantastic. And not every eye cream may be applied on upper and lower lids, but this cream may be applied to most delicate areas.
Over the past four decades, I have consistently used this eye cream, which I was previously satisfied with. However, last week, I purchased a new bottle and applied it, only to discover that the formula has undergone a change. The texture of the cream has become pasty not smooth as previous one, resulting in an uncomfortable application that feels difficult to distribute evenly throughout the eyes without adding more product. I sincerely hope that this review will reach the attention of Chanel’s company. I would be grateful if they would consider reverting to the original formula. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Every morning after using it, my under-eye area looks smoother and more refreshed. My eyes just seem less tired overall. I wasn’t expecting to see results this quickly, but I’m pleasantly surprised. Definitely looking forward to seeing how it performs over time. I have dry, sensitive skin, and this has been very gentle with no irritation at all.
