Newair Countertop Ice Maker, Bullet Ice

Everything is great a little loud but not sure what to expect the only thing that was disappointing is the ice melts quickly so it need to be moved from basket to freezer but from what I have read this is a problem with most units and this unit is known to be colder than most otherwise we love it in a couple hours per day I fill several quart size bags that last all day

So far the product is doing exactly as advertised. It make three sizes of ice we love it.

I used every information, watched YouTube videos but, the machine didn’t work. Returned was the best option

If you want 28 pounds of ice in a day, you need to not leave the icemaker unattended because the small basket capacity fills up pretty quickly and the machine will shut off when it’s full. You need to empty the basket and keep running it to get that volume. The cubes come out kind of wet so they have to be broken up when they’re in storage, but not a big deal. I would definitely recommend it for its convenience
