Poor grinding mechanism. From large to small grains there is minimal to no difference. Both pepper and salt grains are too fine at maximum setting. When turned to largest grain symbol the grinding knob becomes floppy. It can fall out as there is no stop as you screw the mechanism to the largest grain size.

I love the ability to alter the grind and no mess on the table , cupboard or countertop.
