Madison Park Essentials Sofia Reversible 8-Pc. Comforter Set, King

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to give this 2 stars but decided that 3 may be a little more fair. The pattern/color is really nice and I like how lightweight it is for warmer months. With that being said though, I think the material feels terrible. It’s literally so thin and feels like plastic. I’m use to cotton sheets and these being 100% polyester? You can feel the difference. Pretty bed set, but wouldn’t recommend unless you like the feeling of really thin, barely there sheets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of this Sofia reversible set. The blue pattern is sharp, and the coloring is consistent throughout the comforter and sheets. There are no faded areas or dye issues. The material is soft, and while you can tell it's synthetic, it has a solid weight to it. I usually overheat with these types of fabrics, but this set stayed surprisingly cool. A huge plus for me is that the sheets actually stay hooked on the mattress and don't slide off in the middle of the night. The only real issue is the craftsmanship. I found a section of loose, loot stitching right out of the box (see pic) it's comfortable to sleep in and looks great on the bed, but the finishing work could definitely be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a complete comforter set. The sheets were generous and fit well on my queen size pillow top mattress. The entire set was super easy to get set up on the bed. The blue was a bit more of a slate or dusk blue than the bright color I was expecting on the sheets and comforter. I would say light to medium weight. Note this is all polyester. The comforter and shams are fully reversible to the gray and white print. It is a pretty set.

I bought this ensamble because of the beautiful pattern which I do love and goes nicely in my room...and thats where the love ends! I read the reviews before purchasing and many mentioned it being slippery...and they were not wrong! The conforter makes a rustle sound when moved and it is slippery. My pet tried to jump up on the bed and slipped off the edge. When you sit on it it moves all over so when you sleep on it its a total mess and you have to remake the entire bed. I cannot use the sheets and the comforter at the same time, too much polyester! Yup, 100% POLYESTER!! Bedding should be made out of breathable material such as cotton, and polyester is NOT breathable. It does tend to get very warm. Additionally, the top and back of the cover are not tacked to the poly filling adaquetly enough so it slides even more because of that. I have not washed it yet so I'm hoping that the filling does not ball up inside. I bought a different comforter and made sure it was cotton! This polyester bedding set is the pits! Very surprised that a "women owned" company would make a beautiful product and then ruin it by constructing it out of a non breathable fabric that surely will not help those with night sweats!

Fabric flimsy. So slippery half off the bed by morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is just okay. It's made from polyester so it's really hot to sleep on. You wouldn't think so just from feeling them. They are a slippery cool to the touch kind of material. The kind that will very easily get a run in it if you have pets with claws. I think they look nice from a distance and I do like the look of the set. It's cute and very clean and bright. It would be very cute in a guest room. I do still use this set but I can see it being retired for the summer. I do appreciate Influenster sending me these to try. I don't think I would purchase these in the future but if I had spent money, I don't think I would have returned them either.

It gives you instructions on how to see the best results. Honestly great quality and beautiful design overall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the comfort of this set. It fits my bed so well and complements my bedframe. I've washed it a couple of times, so far i have not noticed any difference in color or fading. I would buy again from this brand.
