The products are great. The customer service on the phones or AI is disgusting and will prevent me from returning. Why do you have phones, they are dysfunctional and very upsetting, no nobody answers at all. I can't trust the online "In stock" inventory and I pick up my stuff. You lost me.

Too tight and heavy

I ordered two of these shirts. A large and a medium. We received the large. Where is the medium? They were bought for our two grandsons. Why doesn’t a Macy’s representative reach out and tell me if we’re ever going to get it? Pretty hard to give one grandson a Nike shirt and not give one to the other one.
