Customer service was amazing!!!! The first watch that we received was defective. They QUICKLY had another one sent out and the money was refunded very quickly, as well.

Lack of support

I have tried without success to get assistance with resizing the band. There is no manual and the tool that is supposed to be there isn't. Customer service doesn't seem to get it , both seiko and macys
