I bought this mini chopper a week ago and it definitely does not do what the box says it will do. The pieces of garlic, ginger, etc, get stuck between the blades but it does not get chopped. Surprised that the reputable Cuisinart would put out such a product that does not work.

This is an easy to use, easy to clean, tool that does a great job turning garlic cloves into itsy bitsy chopped garlic for sauteing.
This mini chopper looks cute, but it doesn’t chop. It kind of just smashes the pieces of onions, even after a lot of effort, it doesn’t chop and better .

Mini chopper works as advertised, so far. Hopefully, it will last for a long time. Great for garlic cloves.
I bought this mini chopper because I have several Cuisinart kitchen tools and love them. This chopper doesn't work at all. I tried chopping red onion and it just kind of mashed it up. Ditto with garlic. I don't know understand how it made it through internal product-testing. SO disappointing.
I like the way it chopped some dry spices I have. I tried to take it apart to clean it but can’t figure it out. Please help. No instructions in the box or on the outside of the box.
