The packaging is different than the displayed, in a tin case rather than rubber bag which makes it harder to handle and that is why I returned it

It was a birthday gift and the can was bent. I was very disappointed.

The male manicure kit is in a jewelry size metal box. I was vey disappointed. I was able to return the item. I received a refund. I wish that I was able to receive a shipping refunded.

Unfortunately the manicure kit I ordered was not the manicure kit I received. The item also came in damaged. All the purchases I’ve made over many years this is the first time I’ve ever received a damaged/wrong item situation. Macy’s is still my first go to store.

Bought 4 of these for gifts. Items came in a tin box not a case. Box had styrofoam bottom with velvet like cut out. One had a dented lid. The scissors seem to be flimsy. Coming from Macy's I expected better.

Great purchase, comes in handy.

set is nicely packed in a small case that is the perfect size. the actual tools are something to be desired. it is very hard to open the Swiss knife looking tools. clippers work fine but nothing to be amazed of.
