Ozan Premium Home Sorano Unisex Turkish Cotton Bath Robe

So I'm NOT prompted to review my personal information before placing order online and when I received my email verification, I noticed the wrong shipping address; I moved from there 6 months ago, 4 hours away! I have added my current address several times but no way tor removed that one. So I called immediately and find out that their window for cancelling or changing an order is 30 MINUTES! and I was out of that range. OUTRAGEOUS! everyone else is a day or more. NOTHING MACY will do for you. What am I supposed to do drive 4 hours to get this package. This is an outrageous policy and I will not buy from Macy online EVER again!

This is a high quality terry cloth robe. It is heavy weight. I am petite 5' 2" and 130 lbs. I ordered the unisex small and it is perfect to cover with length midcalf. I am pleased with the purchase and plan to use this to cozy up after time in the jacuzzi.

Good quality, not as soft as i was hoping. And Large was absolutely HUGE. I returned it but others might like.

It is a big bath robe, extra heavy. I'm 5.11 and weight 165 lb, ordered the S/M and it fits perfect on me, even a little bigger but good. I found the fabric a little bit scratchy so I washed it and I'm waiting for it to be softer now. One of the pockets has a hole at the bottom that I will need to sew. Not nice for a brand new piece of clothing, but nothing I can't resolve.

Nice and thick cotton terry, but not so thick that it is too heavy. On my 5’3” frame, it comes to just below midcalf which keeps my legs warm! Love it.

They are beautiful, L/XL is true to size. They did not shrink or shed in cold water washing. They are heavy and warm. They are not the light waffle robes that you see in commercial spas. Certainly could be used as daily shower robe instead of towel dry off.
