Great multi-use casserole dish. This is wonderful when your Oval Doufeu or Dutch Oven is too big or you are cooking multiple dishes. It is the perfect piece to round out a collection or starter piece to build around.

The color red is beautiful. It cooks chicken thighs to perfection. Definitely a great buy. Not as deep for a roast but you can still cook meat and veggies.
