My pillows are already wearing out quickly and as well they have a very unpleasant odor.I would like to return them.

As far as pillows go it’s very nice. However, it is Not cooling in any way.

Very poofy and maybe comfortable, but I couldn't get the chemical smell to dissipate. I left it to fluff for about 5 days, but when I tried it out, all I could smell was kind of a rubbery, chemical smell. It would be great for a side sleeper; it is slightly firm if that what you are looking for, and your pillows don't smell.

with these pillows when you receive them, you will take them out of their plastic and let them sit for about 15 minutes, then you will need the pillows like bread dough until all of the big clumps are small clumps. After needing them and breaking the gel fibers down, they are very comfortable.!

I have slept on my pillows for two months and they very uncomfortable.Although they are cool,I feel like I am sleeping on a stone.Hopefully in time they will get better.

I am a side sleeper and for the past few years have bought many pillows in search of a good one. I can say I have finally found it. These pillows are so comfortable, no matter what type of sleeper you are. It truly feels like laying on a cloud. The one thing that I have not experienced is the cooling factor. Regardless of that, I am still happy with my purchase. No more achy neck in the morning.
