The embellishments on the straps were missing a few "plastic stones". I can't believe Macy's would send out a garment that needed repairs! I had to take the dress to a tailor so they could repair the strap. I didn't have time to return the garment and wait for another dress to be shipped to me. I was very disappointed doing business with Macy's!
Arrived quickly. Fits nicely. Looks just as expected. The material has a thinner stretchy jersey like feel. I'm 5'7" 265lbs size 20. Dress is true to size. Needed a slight hem lift due to wearing flat heel shoes. Great dress for the price.
