No tie; customer service handled refund w/no issue

I ordered this tie for my son’s junior prom, and it never arrived, which was very disappointing. According to the packing slip, the box was supposed to include the tie along with three other items, but the tie was missing. Macy’s did process a refund, and thankfully we had a backup option.
