HENCKELS Dynamic 5" Serrated Utility Knife

This serrated knife is perfect for my needs. The 5” length is just right. I even like the straight handle!

Love the replacement knife but disappointed that I had to replace it in the first place expected more out of the brand.

Super sharp and feels great in your hand. Just remember to proceed carefully if you’ve been using low quality knives, because this is fantastic.

If you want anything you cook to have a rating of ***** then you should know that picking the freshest of vegetables, beautiful carved meat, the best rice is very, very important in your preparation of a meal. So too are the instruments you select to cook that meal. And that includes not only the type of pots but your carving instruments to prepare that meal as well. Zwilling knives are the best you can find and use!

The quality of this knife is extremely disappointing. It rusted after a few uses and handwashing and hand drying. If I wanted to throw my money away, I was successful.
