This was very easy to use! I appreciate the set up and angle of the device.

I couldn't decide between buying this knife sharpener for our dull Henkels knives or just buying a new set of less expensive knives that would arrive already sharpened. Because I cook a lot, having always sharp knives won out. We did the tomato test, and before sharpening, each knife failed. After sharpening, each knife sliced easily. I give the product 4 stars because it's somewhat large and can't fit in a drawer.

so much easier to use than my electric one…did 6 knives in about 20 minutes. i am far more likely to use this one due to the convenience. did a good job on knives.

Easy to use and switch out the stones. Can go as fast or as slow as I want and it seems to do the trick every time.
