Great handling knife with a very comfortable handle

We had this knife for a while and it makes chopping vegetables quick and smooth. The handle is perfect for holding and applying it for seamless cutting and it makes cooking so much fun. We like to call it our stir fry knife as we use it everyday for chooping vegetables for our stir fries and fried rice. We loved it so much that we also got the 8 inch chefs knife for fish and meat. Definitely recommend Miyabi

I have several Zwilling knives but this tops them all. Out of the box this knife sliced through a sheet of paper with nothing more than its own weight. It is razor sharp and well balanced. The handle fits well into the hand and allows for multiple grips. I will definitely add more Miyabi knives to my Zwilling collection.

The handle is smooth and fits the hand well. The blade has great sharpness and this is perfect for the chefs at home or at work that want an smooth cutting. The balance between up and down or slicing motions is great. The blade stays sharp for a long time.

Knife has got good balance, and is very sharp, good handle, feels easy on the hand grip when cutting.

I bought this as a present for someone who loves to cook but has everything. They did not have a Miyabi Nakiri and they love it. They didn't even know they needed it until they had it.

The knife is just absolutely stunning. Upon unboxing it from the sleek and smooth black box, you are just wowed by the knife’s presentation. Also, the patterns on the blade itself is SO COOL!!! Got this for Father’s Day and very excited to use it!!!
