Holiday Lane Nutcracker Sweets Ballerina Ornament, Macy's Exclusive

The product itself is adorable, but it arrived in three pieces. There was a lot of packing tissue in the package, so it makes me wonder if it was quality control of who packed it at the warehouse.

Sweet, perfect for a small "Nutcracker " vignett/display I'm working on...HOWEVER even though the packaging was earnest , her feet were broken off.... if there is no way to exchange her for one that isn't broken, i guess I'll give my Super Glue a try.

Beautiful ornament except one hand and one foot broken off. It came wrapped nicely in tissue paper and the boxed leading me to believe this was a returned item. It would cost me more to return it than I paid for it. Lesson learned.

This is a very cute ornament but arrived with both feet broken off. It was on sale and not worth trying to repack and send back, buyer beware that this is a delicate ornament.

The ornament showed up poorly packaged with legs and feet broken off. It looked like it would have been a lovely ornament, but I have to return it.

These ornaments are lovely, however multiple times, on multiple orders they have arrived broken. The packers are wrapping the tissue paper too tightly around Clara's extended arm so, instead of protecting the arm they are breaking the arm. I will not be ordering another one. I will have to do with just one on the tree.

Ornament is very pretty however one of the arms has a crack running lengthwise. Unfortunately the website says they are no longer available. I am not sure how to repair to prevent arm coming apart

Hands are delicate - came broken off

The ornament was wrapped but the leg still came broken even though it was included with other items. I returned it and reordered, hopefully with better luck because it is a gift.

Do not purchase! I ignored the reviews online and bought 3 of these ornaments. All 3 were broken at either the wrist or the foot. I called customer service and they sent me 3 more. Once again all 3 were broken. I will now go into a Macys to return all 6 of them and request a refund. Cute but poor, poor product!
