It’s been a few years since my last pair of Ryker shoes but these were horrible. The shoes were cheaply made with no supported cushion. The foot bed felt like cardboard. No stability or arch support.
Fit well, flexible so I can walk run and pivot comfortably.
I have been buying the Dash 3 for years, but something has changed. I think the toe box has gotten more pointed and my toes are squished! Even in my usual wide width. I went up half a size thinking my feet changed, but no - still squished toes and now flopping out the heel. I'll be returning these. Time to look for a different shoe.
Unfortunately the wide width isn’t wide enough for my feet. My old shoes had worn out so by the time these showed up I had to wear them so unable to return.
I purchased the Invoke walking shoe which was more comfortable than the Dash on my feet. I returned the Dash 3.
These are so soft to walk on and so breathable.

Bought these in the black and blue color. As a long time customer of Ryka running shoes this is the first time I have been disappointed by the quality. They didn't fit properly, were poorly constructed, and not comfortable. Returned them.
