Not what I expected

Beautiful purse but I ended up returning it because once you put it on your shoulder it is impossible to latch. The straps pull up the front flap and they do not align perfectly with the latch

Doesn’t Hold Up

This purse looks very attractive. However, where the chain connects to the top of the bag and other areas there’s wear and tear and the where the chain rubs or where the purse rubs against your body. For the cost of this bag, it should not do this. Poor quality.
