Blinking red light
It was fine at first but lately it will just shut off and the “high” red light blinks but the buttons won’t shut it off. It has to be unplugged at that point and then SOMETIMES it will work for a little while after. With my back pain, it’s ridiculous to have to get up to unplug it when it’s out of reach when I just need to be relaxing.

Heats very well but uncomfortable near the neck.
This heating pad has a thin, bare-bones cover that makes me think I'd like it better if I spent a little more and got a thicker, fluffier cover.

Like sandpaper
Like sandpaper rough not cushioned not comfortable does not stay in place..make sure you get weighted and cushioned. I retured it. Heat works ok.

Nice design
I love this heating pad, I put it in my bed and turn it on before I got to bed to warm up my sheets. It also works great for sore muscles.

Excellent purchase!
This heating pad is just the right size -- not too large, easy to position on the back, and heat selections are perfect!
