Got this a week ago. I followed instructions filled the tank set on high. It is on - all it does is cloud up the tank and water level did not go down in 8+ hours.. . Almost no mist comes out. The unit is clean.
Broke after one use

Love this little humidifier,, really like the lighting,, but cant get into water tank to clean it. Works great!!
Purchased Sept 2020 during a stay @ Big Bear Lake CA. The 6700 ft.elevation makes the air very dry. This little humidifier was perfect, did an excellent job restoring the humidity in my cabin, saving my sinuses & my dogs dry nose. .. Love it! Would buy another!
Solid, humidifiers on the lowest setting for about 8hrs. There is a low whine when ever it is plugged in, not just when it is running. Happy with the purchase.
Easy to use. Provides just enough moisture without being excessive. Manufacturer stands behind problems when occasion occurs.
I have two…& I rate one excellent, but my second I rate two stars. have two of these humidifiers, however one of them does not put out l much mist. I really like and it has helped my dry eyes. I no longer have to use meds for my severe dry eyes. I purchased another (the two Stars) for my husband, but it does not work like the first one. The airflow is so low that you can’t hardly see any mist coming out and most of the distilled water is still left by morning As far as cleaning I have no problems; I clean every two weeks.
This is great for extra humidity in Wisconsin's cold weather.
There is some random gurgling noise that is very annoying. The device is hard to clean, especially the tank since you can’t open the entire thing, only a little opening the size of a quarter. Seems very tedious to maintain cleanliness, I think this could have been made better. Can’t believe I wasted my money on this, I had high hopes because of the ratings but I regret buying this.
