Was really looking forward to these but the shoe was so uncomfortable I wore them once and will not wear them again.

Great fit but inside came off onto my feet
I look over these shoes and have other colors but in the neutral color the inside came off onto my feet and the edges rolled but this will not stop me from trying another pair

Tight even in wide
Ordered wide width, but still very tight. My usual Naturalizer size did not fit.

SO comfortable!
The only pump I will ever buy. So comfortable. My only wish is that the extra wide was available in all colours - they tend to only offer it in the neutrals. I’ve got 3 pairs and will definitely buy more.

Hot! Hot! Hot!
The Anna pump is a favorite and this red suede finish is hot hot hot! Perfect heel height. Great arch support…. I can walk in them all day. The toes are a bit narrow but that’s easily addressed by Naturalizer’s width options.

Poor quality
I received my order with shipping damaged. When I opened the package the leather starting to cracked inside and out,very visible damaged sole and heel. Quality is really poor. Please see images

Not happy at all
These shoes are painfully uncomfortable. The balls of my feet feel like they are walking on the best floor. They are a little tight but I can tell if I sized up they would slip off my feet. Unfortunately I think these unreturnable because rhey know how badly structured this pump is. This is my first pair of naturalizers and if this is my first look I don’t know how much I will invest in this brand again.

Orange Red
Fits well but uncomfortable for any duration for me (1-2 hours of standing / walking). The colour is more on the hot orange range than red, hard to match up with outfit. Still happy with my purchase but would not have returned if they were not on sale.

NOT true to size
These shoes are beautiful, but a very small fit. I bought them based on the 'True to Size' rating, but unfortunately this is not accurate. Size 7.5 feels more like a size 7. A very tight squeeze, which leaves my toes curled up and my foot bent upwards. This is really uncomfortable and it looks terrible. Had I known, I would have purchased a size 8. Unfortunately, because these were on final sale, I am not not able to return or exchange, rendering these shoes totally unusable. Very disappointing, I wish there was a way to at least exchange them for a bigger size.
