Recieved used Christmas tree
Beautiful tree at a great price when looking online. Tree arrived and was obviously used and probably had been returned. It was not wrapped in bubble wrap like the info in the box said, the caps for the poles were not there or broken and the bottom pole that goes into the stand is scratched. Certainly glad I did not pay full price for this tree! I expected it would be brand new as I did not purchase a used or returned tree. Fortunalelty the lights all work!

Very Disappointing Purchase
So. so disappointed. Doesn't look at all like the picture. We also we sent one that apparentyly had been returned--open box; Very sparce looking--you can look right through it and the lights didn't look right. Plus it took forever. Guess we won't have a tree this year.
