How can I review something that was supposed to be delivered last week and still isn't here!

Very disappointed. Macy's normally have good quality stuff, but this rug set is horrible

I like the shape, but, the quality is not what I would like. I washed the mats and they shed terribly, which I have never experienced before. They are also quite thin. I wouldn’t purchase again!

When I received this, took all three pieces outside in our yard. Shook them well. A LOT of fuzz came off each item. Then I used them in my bath. Neither rug would stay in place. EVERY time I walked in the door, and then tried to leave, each mat was not in place it was suppose to be. Used it on floor about 3 weeks or less. Washed all three pieces at the same time in my new Commercial washer. When cycle was threw and I opened the door of washer, there was fuzz, I mean fuzz all over inside of washer drum. Rugs had a handful or more on each one that I picked off each one before I tried them in New Dryer. This was on deep water wash, medium temperature. When I got them in dryer, kept check on them. I changed the lint filter about three times. Each lint filter was thick the dried mat fuzz. If I had known these mats were going to turn out this way, never would have purchased.

Very poor quality, the rugs shed real bad and turns everything else blue. I would like my money back on these rugs. I paid entirely too much for such poor quality.

The worst purchase I have ever made. I washed them and they completely came apart, leaving lint in the dryer so thick the dryer could not get it all out. On rewashing, the backing disintegrated, leaving hundreds of little brown balls on my clothing, sheets, etc. Since they have no backing at all now, they slide at will on the floor. Don't ever buy this.

These were great rugs didn’t want memory foam or chenille as it goes flat these are great and a good quality

Loos great but quality is pretty bad. The lint comes off of it easily and gets stuck to out feet. So the lint is everywhere in my house now

High quality rugs with a unique design. Unfortunately, I had to return because that particular color pink didn’t match my decor.
