We are loyal Mikasa customers for over 25 years. The wildflower Garden pattern is one of our Favourite patterns . The design is very attractive and generally the finish is very good. Although we have had an issue that one dinner plate literally fell apart we still continue to love it and use it.
I purchased (3) service for four dinnerware sets. Six of 12 salad plates have a dull, messy finish in the glaze. I returned one set that had a damaged cup. Very poor quality control. I would love to have the six defective salad plates replaced but I would have to re-box three complete sets of dishes. I do not recommend.
I bought three sets of Wildflower dinnerware dishes through Macy’s. One set had a chipped cup and two salad plates with flawed finish. The glaze is dull and splotchy which makes the dishes look as if they are not clean. In total three sets have about six salad plates that have bad finishes. It was a process to replace the set with the chipped cup so I am keeping them. I wish I could just get the flawed salad plates replaced.

Purchased this china set during a fabulous sale Macy's was having! Love how lightweight but sturdy this pattern is!I Compared to other china, this set was lighter in weight. Wish small bread plates were part if the set. Cereal bowl is a little large but can be used as serving bowls too! Purchased wonderful matching pasta bowls and fruit bowls separately. It all runs through the dishwasher great! Does heat up in microwave but not a problem. Easy lifting in and out of cabinets. Well wrapped for shipping and timely delivery! We love flowers and when we saw this pattern on the internet, my sister and I knew that these dishes and cups would be perfect for us and our guests. They are light and easy for us to use and makes us smile when we use them daily.

i LIKE THE SET ALOT. THE DESIGN IS WONDERFUL. THE ONLY THINGS I WOULD CHANGE IF I WAS DESIGNING THE PRODUCT WOULD BE TO ELIMINATE THE CONCAVE SHAPE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CUPS SINCE IT COLLECTS WATER IN THE DISHWASHER AND I WOULD MAKE THE BOTTOM RING ON THE SALAD PLATE A LITTLE WIDER SO THE PLATE DOES NOT TIP WHEN YOU ARE CUTTING ON THE PLATE.
