I really do not know how to review this. This is a gift for Christmas so I could not verify if the glassware is in good shape. As far as getting my order in a timely manner, that was perfect.

I was very happy with my product. I had paid extra so my dishes could get here before my daughter's wedding shower. Apparently the package was damaged before I received it and it was sent back. I called the company and they sent out another package the same night. I did receive it the day before the shower. I was very happy. Thank you

I was almost deterred by the reviews, but glad I ordered. This is a great looking set! Packed great, no chips or broken pieces. I love the neutral grey color and the super cute pattern. We use it every day, holds up just fine, no chips or dings so far.

These dishes are so beautiful. I looked everywhere for something white and simple-looking that wasn’t too plain. The detailing is really pretty and makes this set stand out from others. They are even better in person. This is my second Pfalzgraff set, and I am very happy with this purchase.

I like the dishes...great color, decent pattern. Compared to my original Pfaltzgraff pattern that was made in USA - this new selection is poor quality. A bowl just touched the edge of a plate and it chipped the plate. I have used my first USA made set for 20 plus years, it NEVER chipped! I'm just glad I didn't pay a lot of money for this set. Have your product made in American to its former high standards, charge more, people will like it better!

Love my new dishes. They are sturdy and the color matches everything. One cup came chipped and they easily are sending a replacement.

Very disappointed in the quality of this dish set.
