Can't review what hasn't been delivered
It amazes me how poorly coordinated companies are when it comes to shipping orders and asking for reviews. I placed my order ten days ago and have still not received it, yet you ask for a review. FInd a better way to expedite delivery.

Problem…
I can’t review a product I haven’t received yet. I placed an order for the shams on 11/3/25. Received notification on 11/15/25 to expect delivery on 11/18/25. It hasn’t arrived yet.

Good shams, with one design flaw
I wanted to get holiday bedding for our back guest room - these shams matched the other bedding I had purchased. They are not reversible, as they have an envelope type closure with ties.
