Found even the soft density to be too solid.

I am getting used to them. They are firmer than I'm used to but I think I'm feeling better when I wake up in the morning. I am not noticing neck pain.

I ordered a queen and it was too firm and fluffy. Not good for stomach and side sleepers.

This is a lovely pillow it is soft and airy so I don’t get hot. I put a silky pillow protector on it so my pillowcase would slide on.

I’m glad the sales person helped me choose this product.

Do not recommend. The pillows went flat after just a few months.

I bought these pillows because I suffer from allergies. These pillow are firm, and have just the right firmness for me. Also, what attracted me to this purchase was that it offered coolness, I need coolness. So far, the coolness is real, as I haven't felt great heat discomfort. These pillows give me the right amount of support, no neck cricks. The fabric gives breathability and is smooth and not itchy. Overall, these pillows are great.

I have been looking for a new pillow for quite some time and haven’t seen one that has all the features I was looking for until I found this one. It truly is cooling- no more sweaty head, and the loft is perfect for me. It’s medium firm and doesn’t feel like it’s going to flatten out too soon. It may be a tad high for others, but I find this one supports my head and neck and allows me to sleep on my back or either side comfortably. I’ve been having pain in my neck and shoulder and was going to go to the doctor but now I’m feeling so much better with this new pillow. Don’t put a pillow protector on this or you’ll negate the cooling feature. The pillow is machine washable and should be dried in a dryer, so care should be no problem. I anticipate many years of comfortable sleep with this pillow. I purchased it on sale so the price was great! A winner all around!
