Beautiful
This watch is beautiful. I love a good watch, especially a white one. This watch is so comfortable, SO EASY to adjust in size, and the quality is amazing for the price. I love turquoise too so the subtle hints of this color in the face is what drew me to this watch. Ordered online but it is better in person once I got it.

nice watch
I like the watch face although it didn't look exactly like the picture. I was able to have links removed to fit my wrist. the issue is the watch keeps coming undone too easily. the latch is not secure.

Battery?
Watch is very nice, but did not work/run. Suspected the battery but was not interested in manipulating and opening the back to verify - it’s supposed to be new which to me means running. They should check it first before sending it out. What a waste of peoples time, effort and money. Had it worked I would have loved it.

You'd think Macy's would include a battery
Working watch battery not included, bought a new battery, replaced it, but couldn't close the watch. BIG WASTE OF TIME!
