These earphones don’t turn on. I bought them brand new in the box. I first thought the battery must have died but I charged it for over an hour and I still wasn’t powering on.
Just received them a few days ago, but so far so good. I’ve had a couple of pair in the past, seems like the wire is different so we’ll see how long they last.
Very disappointing. I use my headphones every day and was very excited to get these. They took longer than expected, but not a big deal. Unfortunately, they were dead out of the box and will not take a charge. I recycled the box already so I hope there’s no issue in returning them.
The ears phone I got is different color not working properly I will returning.
I was so excited for these headphones but they would not turn on and could not pair to my phone. I googled why and google suggested that I restore factory settings but they would not reset. I am returning them.
I would think because it's a Beats brand, there would be no problem. It will not charge and it does not power on. I researched online how to troubleshoot in case I was using it wrong, but it looks like others have the same problem. I really wanted these earphones to work, Returning.
It stop working after a few months, I bought them on December 24,2024 .
I never got them. So I can't rate them.
Easy to use with phone and pad don’t fall to the ground
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earphones are awesome. I've been wearing them every day and they are very convenient since they are wireless. Also cool because they're bluetooth so you dont have to have a cord hooked up to your phone constantly. Another plus is on both earphones for the ears, there is a more stiff part so the earbuds dont fall out of your ears and the rest of the earphones just simply go behind your neck.
