Great Piece of Jewelry, poor service
My issue is not with the bracelet itself. I bought this bracelet as a gift and when we stopped by Macy's to have it adjusted, we got really poor customer service. We just wanted information on what the process was like but it was 45 minutes before the store closed and the person in the jewelry section was not having it.
