Excellent packaging. I’ve wanted these for 2 years. They are so worth waiting for! The balance is perfect, great for my arthritic hands! The finish and gleam are outstanding. And the sale price made my decision.

I’m extremely happy with this purchase. Its doesn’t rust in the dishwasher like my previous set. It’s sturdy but not too heavy , it has a beautiful shine. It’s 18/10 Perfect for everyday use. Highly recommended.

Though I had to return this purchase because of duplicate purchases of the same product by others from a wedding gift site, I was impressed with the quality for the price. My return was handled seamlessly at a Macy's store in Annapolis. It was a pleasure doing business with a real bricks-and-mortar store where one can do real-time transactions with real people. I bought a set from this manufacturer several years ago, which was much higher quality than this one. This flatware set is thin and light. Thankfully, I bought it at a steep discount and only need to use it occasionally.

Great, solid feeling flatware. Worth it.
