Nice bit heavier than expected

These glasses are just right for white wines. They are both delicate and sturdy. They feel good in my hand. Glad I got them.

I had these wine glasses for 36 days, used them occasionally, and treated them very gently. Hand-washed only, put in a secure dish-rack to dry. On the 36th day, one of the glasses just shattered as I gently took it off the drying rack. I called Macy's customer service and respectfully requested a replacement. The rep said she was sending in that request to her supervisor, and I would hear back in 10 days. No one contacted me, and no replacement. I called back after 10 days and was firmly told "since the glass broke after 30 days, no refund, no replacement." I asked to speak with a supervisor, and after a very long hold, my call got dropped. I am very disappointed in the apparent poor quality of these expensive wine glasses, and also very disappointed in the terrible customer service I received. I have been a long time customer and this is the worst quality product I have purchased, with equally poor customer service.

I got these to match my beautiful red wine goblets. One of the glasses has a fault line running around the bowl. Where the bowl joins the stem is not "pretty" compared to the Champagne flutes or the goblets. Slightly disappointed, but they still work as glasses.

Very disappointed! the only person I would serve a glass of white wine in these glasses would be to Alice after she shrunk!
