Beautiful black spinel choker necklace. It’s def 16” with approx 1.5 extender chain that I personally wouldn’t use as it seems fragile. The black spinel stones are on the smaller size but make a statement as they’re faceted and sparkly. I wear the spinel black crescent necklace and matching earrings with it—ooo-la-la! If you can get them all on sale, def go for it.

I really like this necklace. The necklace is more delicate than it appears in the photos. I also think it would look nice on a man with a slender neck. It’s adjustable, so I can layer it with other necklaces. The clasp is high quality lobster, but it’s a small clasp. The beads are beautiful, sparkling gemstones that can be dressed up, or down. Spinel is a true gemstone that grows next to rubies, and sapphires. The late British Queen’s famous crown was thought to be set with a red Ruby. Many decades later, it’s actually a red spinel. Spinel is just now being recognized and available on a retail level. As the demand rises, so will the price.

Exactly what I was looking for! Very dainty and sparkly. Great for everyday use.

Although the beads are much smaller than I expected, and the length is like a choker size, I still like the look of this piece because it is black gems which are unique and look great with a little black dress. I probably wouldn't be happy if I had paid anything more than the Black Friday price, though. But for what I paid it is worth it. It also comes in a cute little pink box w/matching dustbag. It was a little kinked up from being in the box but I'm sure it will even out once worn.

The beads on this necklace are very small and it is choker length. I misjudged both and will return the necklace.

lovely spinel neckllace but the open & closure procedure is far beyong the dexterity of my arthritic finters
