Insulation material started falling our after the first and second use. Otherwise the mitts are heat resistant.

Purchased the grey color, due to lack of other acceptable colors. Wish they had more modern colors. Functional, serves its purpose. This is my second one, first one died after some years. Color choices have not changed in years.

Fell apart first time in washer on delicate wash cycle.

Extremely poor quality. DO NOT BUY THEM! The interior of the mitten is not finished. There are loose threads, and white cotton-like material stuffed in the lining, with white specks of material floating loose in the mitten. They look as if someone used them for a few weeks, then returned them, I have ordered them two times. The first time that I ordered them, the interior was even worst than the current ones. I returned them, and repurchased them. I really thought that they had been used. Unfortunately, it appears that they are just poorly made. So very disappointed in the Kitchen Aid brand. I am returning them, and making sure that I never buy Kitchen Aid oven mittens! It makes me very skeptical about other products that the produce.

When I got these new oven mitts, I actually felt good with throwing out some of my older (decades old!) mitts! These are thick and easy to maneuver, even with my small hands I am able to comfortably and safely grip items going into and out of the oven! Pretty blue color!

The rubber in the palm/finger areas doesn’t transmit much heat, even when you are holding a pan from the oven for an extended period of time. We have had these for a week or so now and they are getting a lot use! Definitely recommend these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mitts are a perfect size from small to large hands. The grip on them is great. It gives it that extra comfort and sturdiness while pulling something out of the oven or pulling something off the stove. Protects from the heat perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these mitts. They are bulky but I feel very reassured that I won't get burnt from hot dishes/items. I only use one so gave the other one a gift. Good quality, a rubberized area where in finger/grip area. I put mine in a drawer but there is a fabric circle so you could easily hang your mitt in a hook.
