You sold this as a complete set, yet it didn't come with a charging dock. I unboxed it yesterday, charged it using an iPhone power adapter, and got it ready for use today—only to find out it’s defective? When I long-press the power button, the three indicator lights flash on and then immediately go out. What kind of quality control is this?
I bought Trinity 1 week ago, if you are a first time user be very careful not to get close to your hairline when you glide the device on your forehead. I had a tingling sensation on that area when I used the device for the first time. I had 72 hours ( 3 days) of strong headache, from 1 to 10 I had level 7 of pain. I am not prone to headaches at all and I am a healthy woman of 54 years old, no medical issues. I suggest the website ad a disclosure stating to be careful with the hairline area were some important nerves are located. The website should clearly state that first time user should start with level 1 and gradually increase to level 2 and the posible consecuences of WHY not going close to hairline and or temples so customers take it seriously
I have been using for a little over a week now and I can see a difference in the jowl area. I'm 65-years-old. I do not have wrinkles, just some sagging at the corners of my mouth. I know for jowls only a mini face-lift will REALLY do the job, but honestly, I do see a bit of an improvement with my the use of my Nu-Face device.

I had the original nuface and it had a stronger current which I liked.. even when I ‘boost’ the trinity it’s not as effective.. it’s ok, just not as good as the original
I just bought this product and tried it for the 1st time last night and this morning. I watched a video of a tutorial as the instructions included were not very clear. It's easy to use, although a little uncomfortable around the forehead. I didn't expect to see any results immediately but I must say that my skin looks a little firmer after 2 sessions. Can't wait to see what happens after 3 weeks.
I did not receive my purchase, and I’m very disappointed. Because I just have a baby and I tried to make a gift for myself. Really expensive gift, it was hard for me but I really wanted to try this thing because I really needed to look better for myself in the mirror.
So far have seen no effect and not sure if this investment is worth
Mini bought years ago and I love it. There are times when I am lazy and don’t use it for a few weeks but my face still looks good.
Been using it daily and don’t see a difference, it hurts and it does not hold a charge. I just bought mine a month ago!
