Nestl Shredded Memory Foam Reading Backrest Pillow, Petite

I ordered this as a Christmas gift and couldn't give it to the recipient until February 2026. To my disappointment, the pillow form didn't work. It stays inflated. I didn't bother to contact Macy because my return had expired. After further investigation, I noticed the label isn't the same as shown; instead of getting the Nestl brand, I received one that says Clara Clark. Again, I didn't want the hassle of reaching out to customer service because it's partly my fault for not checking the product when I received it, which is why I gave it a one-star rating.

This is Sandra‘s daughter. I bought it for my mom for Christmas. She opened. it early cause her back was hurting her trying to watch TV. She loves it , give you five stars.

This pillow came in a box it is too little I’m returning it

Read reviews and all that; expected a decent back pillow. It’s not. Did not fluff up as noted, put it in dryer to speed up as noted, minimal improvement, returning.

The pillow is fine. However, this was a gift, the box it came in had obviously been ripped open and taped back together, not a pretty Christmas gift.

product is very poor quality. when received I could not believe my eyes!! flat as a pancake, when open then not fluff into a nice fluffy pillow. need to be remove from Macy’s site!

In the selection, this was misrepresented as an adult size pillow. It is not for adults. It is child size. Very disappointed.

The pillow arrived in a very tiny box. After hours of waiting for it to inflate, it inflated to a small miniature pillow.

I was in shock at tiny it is. Do I have it to my 7 yr old. Quality is great!

I would not even give this “pillow” a one star but there’s nothing lower to give. It shows a full size women and a toddler sitting with it, neither are accurate. It is too small for even my 2 year old grandson to use. It shows a pocket on the back with a full size magazine in it, you can’t even fit a small child’s book in it. I refunded the 2 I bought and the sales lady laughed at the description compared to the product. It’s a joke!!!
