Great product. Fine scrub.

I will never understand why brands will get rid of or replace a product that's the only one of its kind with mediocre products that are just like everything else. Such is the case here. They replaced Modern Friction which is the best exfoliation I've ever used (and have been using for 20 years) and such a different formula and mechanism of action than anything else out there, with this standard "microderm abrasion" type scrub. It literally feels like every other one. Meh, really disappointed. I used the Modern Friction with the Drink Up Intensive overnight mask when I wanted to give myself a facial. It was so good.

I’ve been using Checks and Balances Polishing face by Origins for a few years and it’s an integral part of my twice weekly facial routine. Great exfoliation, gives my face a natural glow, smoothness, and never irritates my skin. This is the best for sensitive skin.

Been using this for years. Deep cleans without irritating and I have fairly sensitive skin.

I’m a fan of this brand’s moisturizers and decided to give this cleanser a try. I’m 69 years old and have patches of dry, rough skin. I alternate a cream cleanser with an exfoliant. This cleans beautifully, has a calming, spearmint scent without making my face feel stripped. It’s a keeper.

When I purchased this at Macys, I received the large size for the same price. Disappointed in the extreme price increase

I've been skeptical about buying exfoliating face scrub because I've tried a few and was completely disappointed. However, this one truly meets my expectations and has become my favorite facial scrub. It's lightweight and helps reduce my pores, leaving my skin feeling clean and smooth. Thank you Origin!

This polishing scrub is not a suitable alternative to Modern Friction.

I have been using this face wash for over 10 years and love it! However their new packaging is flimsy. The last two I have purchased have cracked at the hinge, making it difficult if not impossible to securely close and store. Between this, them not honoring promotions unless I reach out to have it corrected on the back end, and my last order of several products being shipped in 4 separate shipments, all lacking updates, I think I'm done with doing business with them. They just don't seem to be the same, sadly
